Time for a Service!

They are exhilarating to perform in but the great cathedrals of the world can still prove challenging in terms of sightlines for those in the congregation or audience.

World-famous Salisbury Cathedral has been using Maltbury Metrodeck for years, so we gave them a call to find out how the system was holding up.

Technical Manager Dene Turner, who originally chose the system more than eight years ago, is still delighted with what Metrodeck offers him both for services and concerts in different parts of the Cathedral.

“We use the very versatile Metrodecks regularly in the Cathedral itself andalso outside in the Cathedral Close for choral and orchestral concerts.  l also use them for temporary liturgical focus such as Nave Altar platforms and Nativity/Easterdramas” says Dene.

Whether it is raising the clergy or their audience, Metrodeck is helping Salisbury Cathedral to offer an altogether better level of service.
