At Maltbury we pride ourselves on delivering a quality product, on time and with great customer service. We have a strong relationship with distributors and direct customers alike and do our absolute best to ensure that the customer is completely happy, however small the order.
From village halls to Icelandic TV studios, Maltbury works alongside a huge range of clients with varying requirements. This keeps us on our toes and constantly offers up new challenges and feedback which is essential to Maltbury’s continuing success. To help us respond – and in an attempt to ensure that all our customers are as satisfied as possible - we’ve created a 2 minute customer feedback survey.
Our first survey response was Leven Valley School who recently accepted a delivery of Metrodeck. Head teacher Ian Nicol is thrilled with the simplicity and competitive price of the equipment but pointed out that some clients may not own a ratchet spanner for securing the legs. In response we sent Ian a free ratchet spanner and now recognise that we should recommend this tool to smaller customers in future.

Another aftercare service available is Maltbury Deck Clinic, an occasional check-up for your equipment undertaken by an experienced technician. He/she will answer questions, offer advice and carry our any necessary repairs with your permission. Please get in touch for details or follow the link.
