Admin Assistant/Receptionist – Maltbury Staging (Application deadline: 27th January 2012)
Maltbury Staging manufactures modular staging and theatre equipment, mainly for schools, theatres and wedding events. We have a warehouse in Chatham and a friendly office in the heart of Hove. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our small team.
The post will primarily involve fulfilling general office duties such as taking customer enquiries, re-directing calls, data entry, filing, and ordering supplies. However, this position is flexible enough to allow you to explore and develop your skills and interests. Experience in any of the following would be an advantage and could be an area you can pursue further through the position.
Candidates must have good written English and a good telephone manner. Candidates must be reliable, extremely well organised and preferably a strategic thinker! We have just relocated offices and are extremely busy so you must be ready to hit the ground running, cope well under pressure and be a fast learner.
